Parts listed in this catalog are all new unless stated otherwise such as rebuilt items. Some are genuine Ford parts. Most of the parts we offer are exact reproductions of the original Ford parts, made of the same and sometimes higher-grade material than the originals. Reproductions are as authentic as possible in every respect. It is true that some of the parts we offer may cost a little more, but they fit like they should and they work right the first time. After 41 years in business, we have come across many cheaply made parts that simply do not work, do not fit correctly, or are prone to failure long before they should be. This costs everyone, you and us, more in the long run, both in time and in money. Therefore we only offer the best parts available from top name brands and quality manufacturer's. That way we can stand with confidence behind what we sell. Some parts are limited in supply and are therefore offered subject to prior sale. Although every effort is made to keep the items listed in this catalog in stock, occasionally a part may be either temporarily out of stock, or become unavailable. Prices shown in this catalog were current at the time it was printed, and these prices supersede any previously published catalog or other material by Obsolete & Classic Auto Parts, Inc. Due to the nature of this business, manufacturer and supplier cost increases, and other market forces beyond our control, prices may fluctuate up or down and we reserve the right to change any listed price in this catalog or on our website without prior notification. Availability and/or substitution of any item listed in this catalog or on our website are also subject to change without notice. We stock a tremendous inventory and try to provide you with the fastest and most efficient service possible. We offer Federal Express Next Day Air, Second Day Air, and Third Day select shipping, as well as standard ground shipping for your convenience. For standard ground shipping in the continental United States, please refer to the shipping chart found on the back of the order forms beginning on page 331. Air shipments, shipments made to areas outside the continental U.S., and international shipments, will be quoted at the time of invoicing. Items that cannot be shipped using standard shipping will be shipped motor freight and will incur additional charges. We accept payment by personal check, cashier's check, money order and also American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards. We generally ship your order within 48 hours of when your payment clears. International orders must be paid by credit card or check or money order drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. funds. We will ship your order as soon as such payment clears. We do not offer terms nor ship open account. If sending your order by mail, please use one of our handy order forms found starting on page 329. You may enclose a personal check or money order with your order or fill out your credit or debit card information on the order form. DO NOT SEND CASH IN THE MAIL! Refunds require a proof of purchase as well as the original packaging and must be returned within 30 days of the date on the sales invoice. A 20% restocking fee may apply. We cannot refund items that have been installed, used, scratched, or show any sign of use. If an item to be returned needs to be shipped, you must get a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and write this number on the outside of the shipping container. We do not refund shipping charges. Return shipping must be prepaid. We will not accept C.O.D. return shipments. To get an RA# call us at (405) 631-3933. NO REFUNDS ARE AVAILABLE ON BOOKS, CATALOGS, WOOD PRODUCTS, ELECTRICAL ITEMS, OR SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS! Orders requiring an exchange should be accompanied by the exchange. Due to the very limited availability of re-buildable cores, orders for rebuilt parts requiring a core exchange will not be processed until the core exchange has been received. Core shipping to us must be prepaid or they will not be accepted. If you receive an order that has been damaged in shipping you must notify the carrier immediately. If you need assistance on a damaged shipment please call us at (405) 631-3933. DO NOT RETURN DAMAGED ITEMS TO US! If you receive an order that is wrong in any way, please call us within 72 hours of receipt. Claims for wrong orders will not be accepted after 72 hours.
